Re: Easter.....!!

Let's see... my choir will be singing (I'm part of an instrumental trio accompanying them) at a nursing home at 11 a.m. then at our chapel during our noon service. Then at 6:30 p.m. I'll be leading a service at the state hospital. The days of hiding eggs for the kids are over... and it's forecast to...

Re: supplemental oxygen

About 20 years ago our handicapped daughter developed pneumonia and had to use an oxygen concentrator for a few weeks as she recovered. Her unit was rather large and heavy. Today they have portable models that are much more convenient.

Once upon a time it was obvious that it required a talented, highly skilled hacker using specialized equipment to mess with our devices. Now it looks like the bar has been lowered and that it's easier to do it today than a few years ago. That concerns me.

Re: Saved by People and an AED twice now time for my ICD

I go to the doctor on Monday at 1:00 pm to meet and ask questions. The more I read here the more I learn to not then think I will make it to 60. I think that you have misinterpreted this forum completely. We talk about the real life issues of Heart Disease, and although some of us are sicker than o...

Re: I finally made the decision

My mother had a glioblastoma multiforme brain tumor which the doctors first mistook in her MRI for a simple glioma. Only when they went in to remove it did they discover what it truly was, and attempting to remove it left her paralyzed on her non-dominant side. She refused further treatments and sur...

I've been having a lot of trouble replying to threads of late. TRon advised it's because I'm too windy, that is to say my responses are too long, so with that in mind I'll make this brief...I recommend the ROBO, if you're feeling windy remember to avoid open flames like candles, campfires, and gas ...

Therefore every atom in your body previously existed and will continue to exist in some form long after you don't. Allegedly all our particles originally came from a...
