Re: Anyone taking Entresto

Yeah, I noticed that "final stage" thing too and do not think I am anywhere here that. nononono

If I drop dead tomorrow though, Sandy will let you know.

Re: Anyone taking Entresto

ROBO , yeah Sandy is working on me to drop the Lisinopril and give it a try. She has a lot of leverage on me when she wants to and when she has an opinion she always wants to. :runaway: My biggest question right now is whether or not the electro Dr guy is on board with this. 10 years ago found mysel...

Re: Welcome NewMexico (Theresa)

NewMexico ICD's are scary until you get one, then after a little while it becomes part of your everyday normal. I am on my second one for a total of 10 years and am alive today because I made the decision to trust my doctor. At the time it was purely prophylactic because of low EF but turned out sav...

Re: Anyone taking Entresto

Madison ask "What is a lot of arrhythmias?" Its pretty much every day now. Not all day but 3-4 hours a day at least. Almost continuous trigemeny, bigemeny Started getting worse 3-4 months ago with some every few days but has steadily gotten to the everyday thing now. It pretty much kills my momentum...

Re: Anyone taking Entresto

I am pretty certain in the end I will have another ablation. I don't have a good history of being able to control severe arrhythmias with drugs. The visit to the cardiologist was primarily set up by the electrophysiologist as a introduction more than anything. Electro Dr guy seemed to have some idea...

Re: Anyone taking Entresto

Like a moron I had failed to do a search here. I apologize and have gone back and caught up. Sandy and I have decided even though I have a 2-1/2 week free supply that I will wait until after the angiogram and may even wait until I see the Electrophysiologist on the 29th. I got the feeling when I saw...

Robo

Maybe I'm going into this with the wrong attitude but from what i have read on the net so far, I'm not real excited about it. It's still sitting on the counter and I have yet to let any of it out of the boxes they gave me. I didn't think about a search on here, I'm a little slow :duh:

Anyone taking Entresto

Went and met my new cardiologist yesterday. She scheduled an angiogram to rule out plumbing issues and changed one of my main meds. Have been on Lisinopril for several years and since I have been having a lot of arrhythmia's of late she thinks a switch to Entresto may help. I think she looked at the...

Re: Apple Watch - Anybody here using one?

I am interested in what people are saying about this. I have tried the iPhone apps that give heart rates based on the phone light and a finger but have not found an app yet that doesn't tell me when I am having irregular beats that i have not placed my finger properly. It seams the apps are not capa...

ROBO, When it rains it pours sometimes huh.

If it were not for this place I would probably be certified crazy, not just more than likely crazy :duh:

I tend to be private but always know I have friends here. Its a great place to go to feel comfortable when the world is wobbling.

Re: OT; what inspires you...

Well Robo, to be honest with you, I'm having trouble being inspired lately. Our families have been up against a lot lately. Sandy has a younger sister with Glioblastoma in the brain, the same thing that killed their mother and a brother dealing with heart and diabetes problems. Both siblings in sepa...

Re: ICD moved?

okapi I was in the pushup position in my shop trying to reach under a bench when I slipped and fell and hit directly square 200 lbs of me on a floor jack ICD first. Had it checked, no problem. Hurt like the dickens and expected to find a dent in it when it was replaced a couple years later. I wasn't...
