Fat fighters 2016

Post by Colin Pearson » December 23rd, 2015, 9:10 pm

2016 starts soon...

New years resolutions and all that. Mine is to be a bit less portly!

Being quite tall I carry it well but need to loose some. Let's get Christmas out the way and all the over indulgence that goes with it.

I'll weight in on the 1st of Jan and thereafter once a week.

Is anyone else thinking or wanting to do the same for 2016?

Well yes I will. I still have to weight twice a day so know on a daily basis where I am at weight wise. I am one with the "salt" problem so I need to watch the weight. Thanks to my eating out a few extra times this last week I am up a few pounds so will need to let the "water" out.

It's a very good story. I have read that it feels really good.
