I made this Mackerel Pate tonight. I omitted the hot green pepper as I don't like anything spicy hot. Low fat plain yogurt could be substituted for the sour cream - Greek style would be good.
I also used my Kenwood Chef liquidiser to make a smooth pate.
Can vouch that this one is delicious. There's a bowl of it in my fridge. It will not be in the fridge by tomorrow evening. It will be eaten by then.
