Using Interent Exporer 7 you can pin favorite websites to make it faster to get to access them. Every website except this one I have pinned has a symbol. Maybe put a post out there for suggestions or make one up. I will start out with a few and see if anyone else chimes in with their idea no matter how crazy it is.
1. A heart with jumper cables coming off from it.
2. A heart that has arms off from it holding hands in the front. A symbol of a common bond with friends of like issues.
3. outline of ICD with a smaller red heart inside it.
4. 3 offset hearts one after another.
5. ETC..... Anyone else have ideas, Lets hear them!

This is different than bookmarking a website, putting a shortcut on your desktop or putting a link on your own homepage ?

Re: Website Symbol or Trademark
I do believe that "Pin" is yet another way of saying bookmark. He's talking about the website's logo, which many sites are now using. A site that tells how to do it is:

Re: Website Symbol or Trademark
It's called a "favicon" and it is a little icon that shows in the address bar and when you make a shortcut to the webpage it is what shows on your desktop. The red "Y" on yahoo is a good example
