Chantix News

Post by Jim and Sparky » July 7th, 2011, 1:22 pm

When I quit smoking last year I used Chantix to help me stop. It did help me stop, but I really didn't like the experience and did not take the drug for as long as recommended. I was suspicious that the drug may have had an effect on me because it was shortly after stiopping the drug that I had my heart attack. Oh I know, I most certainly probably had some clogged arteries before I took the drug, but recent news has made me wonder a bit more about the effect that Chantix had on me.

Here's a link:

Hoping it's proper to post this here on this forum

Two rules to live by:
1) Don't sweat the small stuff!
2) It's all small stuff!

Seems to be completely relevant. Many of us, myself included, are former smokers and are doing the battle to stay that way on a daily basis.
